With a strong background in scaling SaaS businesses across product, revenue, and customer success functions, Kathy brings a results-driven approach to leadership and innovation.
Before Trilogy, she served as Chief Product and Revenue Officer at CircleUp, where she led Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams—culminating in CircleUp’s successful acquisition by Brightflow.ai. Prior to that, Kathy held executive product roles at Neighborhoods.com, Numerator, and Trilogy’s IgniteTech portfolio, consistently driving growth and operational excellence.
Kathy is also the founder of The AI Boss, a publication dedicated to helping business leaders cut through the hype and apply AI in practical, high-impact ways. Through her work, she empowers organizations to scale smarter, lead with clarity, and thrive in the era of intelligent automation.
