President and CEO
As CEO of Aurea, Scott leads our executive team in defining our mission and strategy – which he balances with his passion for spending time with clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring our solutions are designed to deliver success. Prior to Aurea, Scott served as the President and CEO of Artemis International, a global project and portfolio management software company serving hundreds of Global 2000 companies across the world. Under his leadership, Artemis arrested a multi-year trend of revenue decline with three consecutive years of double-digit growth while also tripling profitability. In 2012, Scott led Artemis through the successful acquisition and integration of Accept Corporation, a SAAS-based product planning software company..
Chief Marketing Officer
Eric Levine is Chief Marketing Officer of Aurea, responsible for establishing and leading the company’s Customer Experience Transformation positioning and go to market strategy.
Eric’s marketing career spans two decades, most recently as President of Woodnote Marketing, a privately held marketing and business consultancy, serving CEOs and boards at mid-size growth technology firms. Previously, Eric led Marketing for Dell’s $8BN Consumer and Small & Medium business units, following five years as Chief Marketing Officer at Trilogy, one of the world’s largest, privately held software companies.
Chief Revenue Officer
Ben is responsible for growing Aurea through a scalable, sustainable revenue model — from building profitable customer and partner relationships to enhancing innovation and operations.
Prior to joining Aurea, Cohen was President at Vast, a technology firm focused on using data science to help optimize the purchases of homes and automobiles. He oversaw the company’s business operations including sales, marketing, business development, partnerships and product strategy, helping to double the company’s revenue each year. Previously, Cohen headed the Global Automotive Business Unit at Trilogy Inc., one of the largest privately held enterprise software companies. In this role, he worked with senior executives at Global 2000 companies, translating client needs into customized software and data-driven insights to help improve the efficiency of the retail and development processes.
Cohen holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. He lives with his family in Austin, Texas.
General Manager and SVP of AES and AEM
With 20 years of experience in technology, Rachel Collins is General Manager and Senior Vice President of Aurea Energy Solutions (AES) and Aurea Email Marketing (AEM) with responsibility for over 2,000 customers, 300 employees, and $40M in annual revenue.
Prior to Aurea, Rachel was a Partner with Stryve Advisors and led the IT Strategy and Innovation practice providing strategic planning, practical experience, and expert guidance from traditional IT challenges to mobile enablement strategy, organizational change and design, business process integration, and cloud solutions. Rachel’s work with with C-level executives at companies including Merck, Marriott, MD Anderson, Spectra Energy and The Federal Reserve Board focused on comprehensive strategy development through execution and deployment.
Rachel’s industry experience is in both private and public sector. She has worked with large financial government institutions as well as Fortune 500 energy, financial, retail and healthcare multi-national companies. Prior to Stryve, Rachel founded and managed a boutique technology consulting firm and specialized in java development and middleware integration.
Rachel graduated Cum Laude from LSU with a degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences. She resides in Houston with her husband and three children.
Senior Vice President, Professional Services
Ranga Venkatesan is the Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Aurea, responsible for leading a world-class solution delivery organization that is focused on delivering customer success. Under Ranga’s leadership, Aurea Services empowers clients to maximize the business value by leveraging Aurea’s products.
Prior to joining Aurea, Ranga was running the consulting practice at Trilogy Software. He was responsible for delivering class-leading services to F500 organizations in financial services and insurance industries.
Senior Vice President, Engineering
Andy Montgomery is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Aurea, responsible for building a world-class engineering organization that is laser-focused on developing quality, strategic products that deliver quantifiable business impact for our customers – products that enable truly transformative customer experiences. Prior to joining Aurea, Andy has spent his 15+ year career running teams that develop critical business applications and services, including cloud-based enterprise class applications, techstack migration services, and performance optimization services. His background also includes deep industry expertise in automotive and manufacturing.
General Manager and SVP of CX Platforms and AIS
Curt Richtermeyer serves as Aurea’s Senior Vice President of Global Sales and General Manager for Aurea Insurance Solutions and Platforms business units. He is responsible for leading Aurea’s cross-functional teams to develop solutions that enable transformative customer experiences and deliver breakthrough results for our customers.
With more than 25 years of experience in the software industry, Curt has developed a passion for leveraging technology to unlock high levels of business performance and efficiency. He has worked extensively with companies in Insurance, Banking, Telecommunications, High Tech, and Life Sciences developing deep insight into the drivers that unlock and accelerate business outcomes.
Prior to joining Aurea, Curt was VP North America Sales and head of Sales Effectiveness Solutions for CallidusCloud. Previously, he has held senior management positions with Grant Thornton, BDO, Trilogy, and Oracle.
Curt earned an MBA and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin
Senior Vice President, Products
Neil Dholakia is the Senior Vice President of Products for Aurea and is known for his ability to strike the perfect balance across customer-centricity, top-down innovation, and disciplined product management. Neil offers more than 15 years of leadership experience in technology, strategy and product roles, building solutions in complex areas such as value chain trading and integration, CRM, and Telecom customer experience management and analytics.
Before joining Aurea, Neil was most recently at Alcatel-Lucent, where he served as CTO and VP of Product Management for the Motive Customer Experience Solutions business unit. Neil previously held senior product leadership positions at i2 Technologies and has been a successful entrepreneur, co-founding the Austin-based B2B startup BetweenMarkets.
Neil began his career working as a software developer and has co-authored numerous, seminal patents related to scaling Web application systems and servers. Neil received a degree in Computer Science from Baylor University.
Senior Vice President, Technical Sales
Adam Cotner is the Senior Vice President of Technical Sales and leads a team responsible for ensuring that customers understand the breadth of Aurea’s product portfolio and how it can deliver value to their organization. Adam brings 20 years of experience in enterprise software. Prior to Aurea, Adam led world-wide technical sales and solution architecture teams for business process management, social engagement, and pricing solutions.
Vice President, Partners
Mark Hall is Vice President of Partners at Aurea. His responsibility is to enable our global partners to maintain and extend Aurea’s world-class Customer Success ethos. Mark’s 15+ years in Enterprise Software has led to a passion for discovering and delivering real business value for customers and partners, through technical and delivery excellence.
Prior to joining Aurea, Mark was most recently UK Sales Manager at Progress Software. He holds a BA from Lancaster University, and lives in London with his family.
Vice President, Client Success
Taylor Sterling is Vice President, Client Success at Aurea, where her focus is on Customer Success programs that enhance and deepen our relationships with our customers. Her team ensures alignment with customers through regular and direct communication designed to ensure their business success.
Taylor’s experience in customer management and marketing spans 15+ years. Most recently, Taylor managed global marketing and customer engagement at Cyan (acquired by Ciena). Previously, she led Account Management at marketing agency BNJ, servicing Fortune 500 companies focused on increasing customer success. Her career began at ACTIVE, the pioneer in web services for sporting events and non-profits, where she managed the company’s top 25 accounts.
General Manager and VP of Aurea Retail Solutions
Alexandre Jennaoui is the Vice President of Sales and General Manager for Aurea Retail Solutions, serving more than 150 top retail brands across Europe — from store operations to core ERP.
With over 15 years experience helping companies to grow mutually profitable and long lasting customer relationships, Alex is an experienced software executive and a retail expert with a proven ability to sell, design and deliver complex solutions to enterprise customers.
Prior to joining Aurea, Alex was Southern Europe Sales Director at IBM DemandTec, responsible for merchandise and pricing optimization deals with some of Europe’s largest retailers. Previously, he held senior positions at Oracle Retail and KPMG Consulting with a strong focus on the retail industry.
Alex holds a Master’s degree from ESCP (Paris Graduate Business School) and lives in Paris with his family.
General Manager and VP of Aurea CRM Solutions
With 17 years of IT and enterprise software experience, Christian Stadlmann is General Manager of Aurea Customer Relationship Management (ACRM), overseeing nearly 500 customers and $30M in annual revenue. Christian also serves as Aurea’s Vice President of Sales throughout Europe.
Prior to Aurea, Christian served as Chief Sales Officer at Update Software, one of Europe’s leading CRM software providers, and was responsible for international sales across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Netherlands and Eastern Europe. Prior to Update, Christian worked for 6 years for Hyperwave, one of Europe’s leading software companies for Enterprise Content Management.
Christian holds a Master of Science Degree in Telematics. He resides with his family in Vienna / Austria.
General Manager and VP of Aurea Life Sciences Solutions
As General Manager for Aurea Life Sciences, Matt works closely with some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device and clinical research organizations (CROs) to ensure they are successful with Aurea’s software and services programs. Matt is also responsible for overall business growth of Aurea’s market leading regulated document management platform, Aurea Compliance Manager.
Previously, Matt was co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of NextDocs Corporation, which was acquired by Aurea in 2015. Prior to joining Aurea, he held technical and leadership positions at companies including Microsoft, DataLabs and Rollins Corporation.
Matt is regularly a featured keynote speaker on the impact of technology on regulated industries, and was named one of Philadelphia’s 40 Under 40 in 2013 by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Matt holds an M.B.A. from the University of Delaware’s Learner College of Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Delaware.
